FAQ

Frequently asked questions about expats and companies

What is the difference between international mobility, international taxation and employment compliance?
International mobility manages the physical and legal relocation of the worker (visas, ICT, social security); international taxation deals with where and how much that person or company pays in tax; and employment compliance ensures the entire operation complies with the employment law that applies in both the home and host countries.
Is this service only for companies, or also for individual expats?
Both. We work with individuals relocating on their own as well as with HR departments and companies that manage international mobility on a regular basis.
Do you work with foreign companies that want to hire or post workers to Spain?
Yes, we advise foreign companies throughout the entire process: visas, Social Security registration or A1 certificates, taxation and adapting contracts to Spanish law.
How much does advice for expats and companies cost?
It depends on the scope: a one-off relocation does not cost the same as an ongoing compliance service across several jurisdictions. We analyze your case in the free consultation and give you a fixed quote.
Can you manage international mobility in several countries at once?
Yes, we coordinate relocations, along with their related taxation and compliance, across multiple jurisdictions, working with local correspondents when needed.
