FAQ

Frequently asked questions about visas

What types of visas does Morales Asencio handle?
We handle tourist, work, student, entrepreneur and investor visas, as well as specific visas for the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
How long does it take to get a visa?
It depends on the type and the country: a Schengen tourist visa can be resolved in 1–3 weeks, while a work or student visa can take between 1 and 3 months. Visas for destinations such as the United Kingdom, Canada or the United States have their own consular timeframes.
Can I apply for a visa if I have been refused before?
Yes, although it is important to analyze the reason for the previous refusal before reapplying, so you don’t repeat the same mistakes. We review it during the free consultation.
Do I need a lawyer to apply for a visa?
It is not mandatory, but it significantly reduces the risk of documentation errors that lead to refusals or delays, especially for work and investor visas or for destinations with strict requirements such as the United States.
